Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to empower small businesses to thrive in the digital age by providing clear, honest advice and delivering practical, tailored solutions.
We’re not just building software; we’re building partnerships and helping businesses unlock their full potential.
The Beginning
NeonIQue Ltd was born from a frustration with the status quo. We saw too many small businesses struggling with slow, outdated processes and a general lack of digital efficiency.
Often, these businesses simply don’t have enough resources for full-time in-house technical expertise to navigate the complex world of software and IT. The truth is, dedicated technical teams, with the knowledge of available tools and applications, typically only come into play as companies reach a certain size. But what about those businesses that haven’t reached that stage, and perhaps don’t seek to? How do they access that crucial knowledge and find effective solutions?
That’s where NeonIQue comes in. We’re here to bridge the gap, providing access to expertise and guidance typically reserved for larger organisations. We act as a part-time technical team – a stepping stone before a full team is needed, a permanent partner, or simply a source of strategic advice. We can discuss available technologies, review existing processes, and assess the suitability of off-the-shelf software to meet your specific needs.
Meet The Founders
NeonIQue was founded by Greg and Lorna Stanley.
With 19 years in the software industry, Greg has been at the forefront of innovation, crafting early content management systems, iPad apps for on-site surveying and quoting, and assessment products for volume recruitment.
This diverse background is underpinned by a lifelong appreciation for both creativity and logic. Greg’s journey began with a passion for drawing and painting from an early age. At University he studied Music Technology, fostering a deep understanding of structure and pattern. This blend of artistic and technical skills informs a unique approach to software development, one that prioritises both functionality and user experience.
